Tello has been working on improving his service but, how can you improve on near perfect. We used Tello on recommendations of our friends both for airport transportation and a private tour to Tulum and he did an excellent job. He is allways on time if not early. His vans are spotless and he really cares for his passengers. We have inturn recommended him to my brother and other people who have used him, and all return with the same comments. A few things stand out. We were staying at Xaman Ha and on the way from the airport to Playa he took us a grocery store so we could stock up on a few things. He took us in and made sure we had everything. You don't get that service with a taxi. Use Tello and you wont be disappointed.

We’re customers for life! Having used other ground transportation services in the past, our experiences with Tello Garcia and Transportes Ad Hoc Tours proved to be the best by far! Prices are reasonable. Tello is extremely reliable and punctual. Above-all, he is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful! Poor Tello even agreed to pick us up at our Playa condo at 4:00 in the morning for our trip home. And he even arrived early and with a wonderful smile on his face! The service you provided to us was excellent. You were waiting for us at the airport right on schedule even though our flight didn’t arrive until after midnight and you arrived right on time to take us to the airport at the end of our vacation. You speak and understand English very well and were informative and able to answer any questions we had. My family and I just returned from 9 "GREAT" days in Playa del Carmen. The weather was perfect, the beach awesome but the absolute best day of our trip was when Tello Garcia took us for an expedition to Tulum and points in between. Everyone in our party was thrilled with the sights, the snorkeling and the lunch and of course our expert driver and interpreter. Tello's company provided us with service to and from the Airport as well. This was our first trip to Mexico (and not our last!!) and to have someone show up on time , everytime with a clean, cool and comfortable van really says something about the service Tello provides. I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to all.

Hi, We spent a week in playa in march and had a great time ! we used Tello Garcia and he was great! He was very punctual and professional, we also had a different pick-up hotel when we left and we were a little worried that he would not make it on time, but he picked us up at exactly the time he said he would!
We would use Tello's service again in a minute! He is also a great source of information on the Mexico and can provide transport to all the activities you may want to do. When you travel on holidays you are always concerned about getting to your destination on time and no fuss, Tello takes away those worries and we would recommend him to anyone!

I found Tello's web site just a few days before we departed, booked the transfer in minutes and within hours he confirmed he would pick us up at the airport. Both the pick up and drop off went well - very punctual, no waiting for a taxi, then a nice drive in the A/C. We were glad we had a direct ride to the hotel so we could catch some sun that afternoon. I would highly recommend Tello for transfers, and maybe next time we will use him to show us some cool locations around the Riviera Maya.
